Virgil Goode the official Constitution Party candidate for President of the United States, has made it onto the Virginia ballot this November. Goode poses the biggest threat to Mitt Romney who needs to win crucial swing states to secure the electoral college vote. Republicans are already contesting that many of the signatures collected for Goode are invalid, and Republicans in Pennsylvania have already gotten Goode off or their ballot for the fast approaching fall elections.
