The latest Case-Shiller index appraising home values has risen again in the second quarter of 2012. Realtors from the National Association of Realtors have reported that home buying has also risen an impressive 10.4 percent from last year, with home prices also on the rise. All of these numbers are trends indicating that the housing market is stabilizing and can finally begin to grow again after the housing collapse.
