Bobby Jindal Louisiana's Governor has confirmed that he will not be attending the RNC due to the approaching hurricane Isaac. As of now Isaac is a category 1 hurricane and is expected to make landfall in a matter of days hitting New Orleans on the seven year anniversary of hurricane Katrina. Jindal was scheduled to give a speech at the convention on Wednesday night.
