In an exclusive ABC interview President Obama has cemented is formally "evolving" views on gay marriage to state that he believes that they should be. This announcement comes after a North Carolina constitutional amendment was passed banning both civil unions and same-sex marriage. Obama states in the small interview snippet that his relationships with friends and family have helped him come to this conclusion.
