Romney continues to have a massive cash advantage over President Obama raising only 75 million in funds during July compared to 101 million for Romney. The Republican National Committee also has around 62 million more to spend than the Democratic National Committee as well. While Romney has more funds at hand, Obama continues to out advertise and campaign, while Romney seems to be waiting until the Fall to begin spending his campaign funds.
