Despite their rocky beginnings former President Clinton is gearing up to deliver his Democratic National Convention speech tonight in support of Obama and his economic policies. Clinton has been working with Obama for some time on his re-election campaign appearing in a television ad that has appeared in several swing states. Clinton remains an extremely popular figure throughout the United States with a higher than 50% favorability amongst men, women, whites, and non-whites according to a Gallup poll. The only demographic lacking is Republican's who have a 44-50% favorability rating. These high results make him an invaluable asset to Obama during his campaign and Clinton's speech tonight will be the highlight of their efforts together.
