A majority of American's think that at least parts of the healthcare mandate should be overturned by the supreme court in a recent New York Times poll. The U.S Supreme Court heard over 6 hours of arguments concerning the bill but as noted by a Georgetown law professor, Justices rarely take majority opinion into consideration.
