As more bad weather is predicted in Charlotte for Thursday night, the DNC organizers have decided to move President Obama's acceptance speech indoors. Originally the speech was going to be made outdoors in the Bank of America Stadium now the highly anticipated event will take place inside the Time Warner Cable Arena.
