Rahm Emanuel has stepped down as Obama's "honorary" chairman for his reelection campaign to instead focus on fundraising. Emanuel is currently the Mayor of Chicago but before that he was a gifted fundraiser while he has been giving political strategy advice to President Obama he will now focus solely on closing the fundraising gap that has blossomed from the impact of SuperPac funded donations and advertising.
