Romney has released a second TV ad targeting welfare reform. in it he falsely claims that Obama revoked the work requirement in welfare. Like previously stated before nothing has been done to the work requirement in order to recieve welfare. Instead new provisions are allowing states more flexibility in how they get their citizens back to work. This is a provision that many Republican Governors favored including Governor Romney when he was in Massachusetts.
