The campaign totals from the end of July are as high as ever, with President Obama raked in a solid 75 million dollars Romney managed to out fundraise him by 25 million gaining about 101 million dollars for the month of July. Despite such large fundraising gaps though the poll numbers remain relatively unchanged.
