The State Department has confirmed that Russia is sending some of their attack helicopters to the Syrian regime. The Arab country's conflict that has extended for several months is not likely to become even more deadly because of these actions. Secretary of State Clinton said that this information is of "concern" and that this was going to "escalate the situation".
